The University of Iowa Athletics Department seeks applicant for assistant women's track & field coach. This is a full-time, 12 month position, salary commensurate and includes full University benefits.

The successful candidate will assist in the coaching and administration of a Division I women's intercollegiate track & field program, serve as sprints/hurdles and/or field events coach; recruit as permitted by NCAA rules; and perform other duties as assigned by head coach.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) required. Other required qualifications include: Four years collegiate coaching experience; knowledge of NCAA recruiting rules and regulations; demonstrated experience working effectively in a diverse environment; proven leadership ability and the organizational, administrative and communication skills necessary to conduct a successful Division I nationally competitive track & field program. Preferred experiences include: Competitive or coaching experience at Division I or National Team level; USA Track & Field certification.
