    Brent Balbinot takes a look at Sunday's Big Ten Conference Men's and Women's Cross Country Championships on the Ashton Cross Country Course on the UI camus. Iowa's coaches say a fast, aggressive start for the two Hawkeye squads is important. The course is dedicated at 9:45. The women's championship will start at 10:45; the men's race will follow.

    Brent Balbinot visits with John Davey, head coach of the UI's men's swimming and diving team, about his 2004-05 Hawkeyes, last week's season opener against nationally ranked Wisconsin and the remainder of the '04-05 year.

    Brent Balbinot talks a little defense with Crystal Smith and Jamie Cavey of Coach Lisa Bluder's Iowa women's basketball team. The Hawkeyes are only weeks away from their 2004-05 season-opening exhibition game Nov. 4 against the Australian Institute for Sport in Carver-Hawkeye Arena.
