Men's Tennis Recruiting Class Ranked 17th Nationally

IOWA CITY, Iowa – The University of Iowa men’s tennis program will welcome Will Davies, Joe Tyler, and Nikita Snezhko next season. The 2017 class of three student-athletes is ranked 17th in the country by the website tennisrecruiting.net.
 
Iowa is the third highest Big Ten team ranked behind Illinois (4) and Ohio State (14).
 
“We are really excited to be adding three extremely talented players to our roster with Joe, Will, and Nikita,” said Iowa head coach Ross Wilson. “These guys love Iowa and everything our program is about and will continue to advance our program nationally.”
 
Davies and Tyler are Great Britain natives, while Snezhko hails from Minnesota.
 
The 2017 Hawkeyes return to action on Friday when they host Omaha (11 a.m.) and Drake (6 p.m.) at the Hawkeye Tennis & Recreation Complex. Admission is free to the public.
