IOWA CITY, Iowa — The University of Iowa men’s tennis team returns to action at the ITA Central Regional tournament this weekend. The tournament will get started on Oct, 19 at the Ridder Arena and Baseline Tennis Facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

This is the fourth fall tournament for the Hawkeyes, but the first time the entire roster is entering the tournament field.

“I am really looking forward to bringing the whole team to Minneapolis,” said UI assistant coach Matt Hagan. “The past couple fall tournaments we’ve only brought a few guys, so it’ll be great to have the whole team together supporting one another. I am also really excited to see the improvement our guys have made since they’ve been on campus. We’ve had a good two weeks of practice so the team should be ready to take on the competition.”
