IOWA CITY, Iowa — Tuesday’s University of Iowa baseball game against Cornell College was called after two innings at Duane Banks Field. Play was delayed for nearly two hours before the two teams played two scoreless innings. A second round of storms then hit, forcing the cancelation.
The Hawkeyes (4-3) return to action Friday, facing Hawai’i at 12 p.m. (CT) at the DQ Classic in Minneapolis.
