Milwaukee Journal 2009 Swimmer of the Year... won 100 fly state title (51.39) and placed seventh in 100 back (53.85) at state meet junior year... 12-time state qualifier... five-time all-state, eight-time conference champion and eight-time first team all-conference... set conference record in 100 back three times... three-time team MVP... team captain senior year... six-time Junior National qualifier... 2008 USA short course national championship qualifier... set school and pool records in 100 fly, 100 back, and as part of 200 medley and 400 free relays... three-time USA swimming scholastic all-American and AP scholar... four-year honor roll student... coached by Paul Lutzke and Blaine Carlson... swam for Waukesha Express Swim Club.
