Iowa Items -- his best times in 100 breast (54.93), 200 breast (1:59.89) and 200 IM (1:48.79) rank fourth, fourth and second, respectively, on Iowa's all-time best performers list... swam on 200 medley (1:31.44-2008), 400 medley (3:18.67-2009) and 200 free (1:19.59-2009) relays that rank eighth, sixth and fourth, respectively, in school history. 2008-09 -- led team in 100 breast (54.93), 200 breast (1:59.89) and 200 IM (1:48.79) with his swims at Big Ten Championships... anchored 200 free relay to eighth-place finish with NCAA B cut 1:19.59 and swam second leg on ninth-place 400 medley relay (3:18.27) at Big Ten Championships... the 200 IM time ranks second, 100 and 200 breast times rank fourth, the 200 free relay ranks fourth and the 400 medley relay ranks sixth on Iowa's all-time best performers list... swam second leg on team-leading 200 medley relay (1:32.24)... placed 16th in 200 breast (2:01.18) and 22nd in 100 breast (55.96) at Big Ten Championships... posted 14 top-three finishes... academic all-Big Ten... letterwinner. 2007-08 -- led team in 50 free (20.85), 100 (56.41) and 200 breast (2:04.35) and 200 IM (1:52.27)... swam on team-leading 200 medley relay (1:31.44)... the relay time ranks eighth in school history... won 50 breast (27.33) vs. Western Illinois... recorded nine top-five finishes... also posted collegiate bests in 100 (47.57) and 200 free (1:52.31), and 200 back (2:00.93)... letterwinner.
