2003 -- Outdoor - all-American, placing third in javelin at NCAA Championships with a season-best throw of 243-8... won javelin at NCAA Midwest Regional with a throw of 227-0 to automatically qualify for NCAA Championships and earn all-region honors... Big Ten javelin champion, becoming Iowa's fourth two-time conference javelin champion and the first Hawkeye in three seasons to win back-to-back conference titles in the same event... his winning Big Ten mark of 238-2 also set a meet record... qualified for NCAA regional in javelin with winning throw of 238-11 at Drake Relays... named Big Ten Men's Track and Field Athlete of the Week April 8 for his winning performance of 235-1 at Texas Relays... set Cretzmeyer Track javelin record with his winning throw of 238-3 at Iowa Musco Twilight V... runner-up in javelin at 2003 Canadian National Championships... letterwinner.

2002 -- Outdoor - all-American, placing third in javelin at NCAA Championships with a collegiate-best and school record-setting throw of 244-8... Iowa's first Big Ten javelin champion since 1938 with a winning throw of 231-8... also won javelin at Northridge Invite (222-11), Purdue (227-0), Sea Ray Relays (244-5) and Iowa Musco Twilight IV (220-0)... placed third in javelin (225-4) at Drake Relays and at Canadian Senior Nationals (227-11)... letterwinner.

2001 -- Outdoor - placed fourth in javelin (222-6 1/2) at Canadian Senior Nationals, winning at Canada Games... runner-up in javelin (221-9) at Big Ten Championships and Purdue Open (215-0)... won at Indiana Quad (206-5) and Iowa Twilight (204-11)... letterwinner.

High School -- runner-up in javelin at 1999 and 2000 Canadian Junior Championships... placed sixth in javelin at 1999 Pan American Junior Championships and seventh at 2000 Canadian Senior Championships... best throw was 222-6... coach was John May.
