2012 -- Indoor - placed fifth in weight throw with a collegiate-best 57-0 3/4 (17.39m) at Iowa Invite... that mark ranks sixth all-time at Iowa... placed third in weight throw at New Year's Classic (54-4, 16.56m), eighth at Adidas Classic (53-9 3/4, 16.40m), 10th at Iowa State Classic (54-2 3/4, 16.53m), 26th at New Balance Invite (54-3 3/4, 16.55m) and 28th at Big Ten Championships (53-0 3/4, 16.17m).

2011 -- Indoor - osted season bests in shot put (37-11 1/4, 11.56m) at Iowa State Classic and weight throw (53-6 1/4, 16.31m) at Iowa Open... Outdoor - qualified for NCAA West Regional in hammer throw with collegiate-best 182-3 (55.55m) at Messersmith Invite... that mark ranks second all-time at Iowa... placed seventh in hammer (174-10, 53.29m) and 20th in discus (139-8, 42.58m) at Big Ten Championships... placed third in discus with collegiate-best 154-11 (47.23m), seventh in hammer (170-11, 52.10m) and posted collegiate-best shot put (35-5 1/4, 10.80m) at Musco Twilight XII... the discus mark ranks sixth all-time at Iowa... threw 165-5 (50.42m) in hammer at regional meet... letterwinner.

2010 -- Track - redshirted.

High School -- two-time state champion discus and shot put... four-time all-state and all-conference honoree... set school records in shot put (47-0 1/4) and discus (144-6), and as part of 1,600-meter relay... also played varsity basketball... coached by Paul Walderzak, Gary Hagnebuch and Dennis Pruder.
