2010 -- Indoor - earned a season-best time in the mile at the Iowa vs. Illinois dual meet (4:12.65)... placed second in the mile at the Jack Johnson Invite (4:13.45)... Outdoor - did not compete... Cross Country - ran collegiate best of 24:59 (8,000 meters) at Bradley Classic, finishing 30th... placed 146th at Wisconsin Adidas Invite (25:38-8,000 meters)... team earned USTFCCCA all-academic honors.

2009 -- Indoor - ran lead leg on team-leading distance medley relay that placed ninth at Big Ten meet (9:52.52)... that time ranks fourth on Iowa's all-time best performers list... won non-seeded mile with collegiate-best 4:11.89 at Iowa State Classic... placed third in 800 meters (1:58.60) at Iowa Invite... Outdoor - led team in 3,000 meters (8:25.98) and anchored team-leading 6,400-meter relay (17:17.63) at Drake Relays... the relay time ranks sixth in school history... won 1,500 meters (3:52.19) and placed second in 3,000 meters (8:37.38) at Illinois Invite... ran collegiate-best 3,000 meters (8:25.98) at Tiger Track Classic... also ran 1,500 meters at Tiger Track Classic (3:55.67), John McDonnell Invite (3:56.74) and Big Ten Championships (3:56.75)... letterwinner... Cross Country - ran at Wisconsin Adidas Invite (26:38) and Iowa State Intercollegiate (27:14).
