2012 -- Indoor - did not compete. 2011 -- Track - did not compete. 2010 -- Indoor - led team in pentathlon, scoring a collegiate-best 2,749 at the Jack Johnson Invite... earned collegiate-bests in the 60 meter-hurdles (9.78) and shot put (30-9 3/4, 9.39m) during the Jack Jonhson Invite pentathlon... earned season-bests during the Jack Johnson Invite pentathlon in the 800 meters (2:32.19), long jump (13-1 1/2, 4.00m), and high jump (4-8 1/4, 1.43m)... Outdoor - led team in heptathlon, earning a collegiate-best 4,227 at Big Ten Championships, a point total that ranks seventh all-time at Iowa...earned collegiate-bests in five heptathlon events: 200 meters (28.40), 800 meters (2:25.60), high jump (5-0 1/2, 1.54m), long jump (15-5 1/2, 4.71m), and javelin (105-5, 32.14m), leading the team in the javelin...ran a collegiate-best 100-meter hurdles at the Tiger Track Classic (15.96)... placed fifth in the high jump at the Lee Calhoun Memorial (4-11 3/4, 1.52m)...letterwinner. High School -- four-time state and conference champion in track... 12-time state track qualifier, competing on two state champion teams... four-time all-conference and all-district in cross country, earning all-state honors three times... three-time team MVP in cross country... won cross country conference title as a junior, placing second at conference, district and state meet senior year... set school records in high jump (5-7) and 400-meter hurdles (1:04.45)... lettered four years in basketball and two in softball... earned all-state honors in basketball and led the state in scoring for the 2008-09 season before suffering a season-ending injury...
