Outdoor - ran collegiate-best 200 meters (25.73) and season-best 400 meters (57.50) at LSU Invite... ran second leg on team-leading distance medley relay that placed seventh at Drake Relays in 11:43.65... that time ranks 10th all-time at Iowa... academic all-Big Ten... letterwinner.

2010 -- Indoor - anchored team-leading 1,600-meter relay (3:44.29) at Iowa State Classic, which ranks ninth all-time at Iowa... ran season-best 400 meters at Iowa State Classic (58.18)... Personal -- born August 1, 1989... daughter of Fred and Susan Mims... father played basketball and baseball at Iowa, played baseball for the Houston Astros and is one of Iowa's Associate Athletics Directors... mother ran track and cross country at Iowa... her brother, Jeremy, runs track for Nike, her brother, Corey, ran track at the University of Kansas and her sister, Monica, was a four-year track letterwinner at Iowa... leisure studies (graduate school) major.
