2010 - Indoor - earned a collegiate-best in the weight throw at the Iowa Invite (46-10 3/4, 14.29m)... Outdoor - threw a collegiate-best discus at the Lee Calhoun Memorial, placing fourth at 162-4 (49.49m)...threw a collegiate-best hammer toss at the Lee Calhoun Memorial (144-6, 44.05m)...placed third in the discus at Musco Twilight XI (162-0, 49.38m) and fourth at the Iowa Invitational (155-3, 47.32m)...letterwinner.

2009 -- Track - redshirted... placed 13th in the men's discus (168-11) at the USATF Outdoor Junior National Championships.

High School -- won state discus (191-10) and shot put (57-0) titles as a senior... also won discus (191-0) and placed third in shot put (54-8 1/4) at 2008 Drake Relays... placed third in discus (175-4) at state meet junior year... two-time elite all-state, national qualifier and conference champion... team won three conference and one state title... set indoor shot put school record (56-10 1/4)... placed 11th in discus (173-0) at 2008 Nike Outdoor Nationals and 15th (166-0) in 2007... lettered two years in football, earning first team all-conference honors at defensive end... coached by Brian Martz and Brad Wymer.
