Outdoor - placed second in javelin at Tiger Track Classic with a team-leading, regional-qualifying and collegiate-best throw of 206-3... that mark ranks third all-time at Iowa... won javelin at Illinois Invite (188-3), and placed third at Drake Relays (204-8), 10th at Big Ten Championships (187-0) and 17th at NCAA Midwest Regional (194-8)... placed fifth in hammer throw at Lee Calhoun Memorial (152-9) and seventh at Messersmith Invite (150-9)... academic all-Big Ten... letterwinner.

2008 -- Track - redshirted.

2006-07 -- led team in shot put and javelin at West Chester University... placed fifth at 2007 PSAC indoor meet with a collegiate-best 51-6 in shot put.

High School - all-state and all-district in shot put... placed eighth at outdoor state meet in shot (51-3)... best javelin throw is 172-2... lettered twice in football.
