The University of Iowa track and field team travels to Tucson, Ariz., to compete in the Jim Click Invite this weekend. The Jim Click Invite is set to begin Thursday at 1:30 p.m. (CT) and continue through Saturday.

LEWIS CLOCKS PERSONAL BEST
Kevin Lewis clocked a personal best time in the 5,000 meters at the Stanford Invitational on March 29. The sophomore crossed the line in 14:08.04 to finish seventh in the third section of the 5,000. His time ranks seventh all-time at Iowa, and currently ranks seventh in the Big Ten.
The Hawkeye women dominated the discus competition at the Central Invite on March 28. Senior Majesty Tutson took the title when she recorded a toss of 164-5 (50.11m). Freshman Dakotah Goodell's toss of 147-2 (44.86m) earned her a second-place finish, while junior Courtney Fritz (143-6; 43.73m) and sophomore Amanda Stahle (142-10; 43.54m) finished third and fourth, respectively. Tutson currently holds the discus school record (172-11; 52.72m), while Ashlyn Gulvas (154-11; 47.23m) and Fritz (154-1; 46.96m) rank sixth and seventh, respectively.
HULL TAKES DISCUS TITLE
Gabe Hull took the men's discus title at the Central Invite on March 28. The sophomore recorded a toss of 186-5 (56.82m). That mark currently ranks second in the Big Ten. Hull is one of three individuals to record a mark above 180-0 (55.00m). His personal best discus toss of 192-7 (58.70m) ranks fifth all-time at Iowa.
HAMMER ON THE BIG TEN BOARD
Junior Jasmine Simpson currently leads the Big Ten in the women's hammer throw. Simpson recorded a personal-best school record-breaking mark of 197-7 (60.23m) at the Alabama Relays on March 22. Sophomore Annemie Smith's mark of 187-6 (57.16m) currently ranks third in the Big Ten, while junior Ashlyn Gulvas' mark (179-11; 54.85m) ranks eighth.
HOLMES ATOP THE BIG TEN
Senior Ethan Holmes ranks among the top three in the Big Ten in the 110-meter hurdles and the 400-meter hurdles. His 110-meter hurdles time of 13.95 is the second best time in the Big Ten, while his 400-meter time of 51.75 currently ranks third.
4X100 MAINTAINS TOP STOP
The men's 400-meter relay team of junior Tevin-Cee Mincy and seniors Justin Austin, Ethan Holmes and Josh Larney leads the Big Ten for the second straight week. The quartet clocked a time of 40.22 at the Alabama Relays on March 22.
WILLIAMS ON THE BIG TEN BOARD
Khanishah Williams owns the third best high jump mark in the Big Ten. The sophomore recorded a leap of 5-7 (1.70m) at the Alabama Relays on March 22. Williams' personal best high jump mark of 5-7 1/4 (1.71m) ties for ninth all-time at Iowa.
JAVELIN RANKS 3-4
Sophomore Amanda Stahle and freshman Allison Gattone rank among the top five in the Big Ten in the javelin. Stahle's mark of 136-1 (41.48m) ranks third, while Gattone's toss of 134-10 (41.09m) ranks fourth. Both Hawkeyes recorded their marks at the Alabama Relays on March 22.

The Hawkeyes compete at the Lee Calhoun Memorial Invitational next week in Macomb, Ill. Iowa was originally scheduled to compete at the Tom Botts Invitational in Columbia, Mo. Instead, the Hawkeyes compete April 12-13 on the campus of Western Illinois.
