High School -- two-time district champion in cross country, earning second team all-state honors twice... placed third at 2007 OFSAA Cross Country Championships... placed sixth in 1,500 and ninth in 800 meters at 2009 OFSAA Track and Field Championships... best times were 2:14.68 in 800 meters, 4:39 in indoor 1,500 meters and 4:40.5 outdoor 1,500 meters... swimming team MVP... swam competitively for 10 years, meeting several national time standards... five-year honor roll student and three-year presidential honor roll student... 2009 Ontario scholar... coached by Sean Grimes... trained with Ottawa Lions track and field club coached by Vince Fay and Nathalie Cote.
