2009 -- Track - redshirted... Cross Country - ran season bests at Hawkeye Invite (19:51) and Wisconsin Adidas Invite (27:16)... also ran at Iowa State Intercollegiate (27:23).

2008 -- Cross Country - ran season-best 6,000 meters (20:21) at Hawkeye Invite... also ran 20:52 at Iowa Invite... team earned USTFCCCA all-academic honors.

High School -- four-time all-conference and three-time all-section in track... two-time varsity all-conference in cross country, earning all-region and all-section honors as a senior... ran on school record-setting 3,200-meter relay (7:49.1)... ran on 6,400-meter relay that placed 10th at 2007 Nike Outdoor National meet... best times were 1:58 in 800 meters, 4:24.5 in mile, 9:45 in two miles and 14:51 in cross country three miles... National Honor Society member... coach was John O'Malley.
