2012 -- Indoor - placed 11th with collegiate-best 3,000 meters (9:44.20) at Iowa State Classic... ran mile (5:17.47) at New Year's Classic.

2011 -- Indoor - won mile at Iowa Open with a collegiate-best 5:03.04... Outdoor - ran season-best 5,000 meters (17:49.26) at Sun Angel Classic... academic All-Big Ten... letterwinner... Cross Country - placed third at Iowa Invite (10:33-3,000 meters), ninth at Iowa Open (15:22-4,000 meters), 10th at Loyola Lakefront Invite (17:39-5,000 meters), 62nd at Big Ten Championships (21:43-6,000 meters) and 65th at NCAA Midwest Regional (22:39-6,000 meters)... also ran 21:56 (6,000 meters) at Adidas Invite... academic All-Big Ten... team earned USTFCCCA all-academic honors... letterwinner.

Outdoor - ran collegiate-best 1,500 meters at CCU Shamrock Invite (4:45.04)... ran season-best 3,000 meters at Musco Twilight XI (10:17.14)... earned collegiate-best in 5,000 meters at Stanford Invite (17:09.77)... ran collegiate-best 37:22.35 in 10,000 meters at Big Ten Championships... placed fifth in 1,500 meters at Iowa Invitational (4:45.49)... letterwinner... Cross Country - ran season best times in 3,000 meters at Iowa Invite (10:41), 5,000 meters at Notre Dame Invite (18:15) and in 6,000 meters at NCAA Regional (21:15)... also raced at Hawkeye Invite (10:58-3,000 meters), Big Ten Championships (21:37-6,000 meters) and Pre-NCAA Invite (22:31-6,000 meters)... academic All-Big Ten... team earned USTFCCCA all-academic honors... letterwinner.

High School -- won state 3,200-meter title senior year... placed second at state cross country meet junior year... three-time conference champion in 3,200 meters, winning one conference cross country title... ran on conference champion 3,200-meter relay... set school record in 3,200 meters (10:43)... other best times were 5:05 in 1,600 meters and 18:19 in cross country 5,000 meters... runner-up at Nike Team Regional... Indiana's top finishers at Midwest Meet of Champions, placing eighth overall... National Honor Society member... graduated with honors... coached by Karen DeVries, Mick Cavanaugh, Jim McCall and Matt Snoeynk.
