2009 -- Cross Country - placed 21st at NCAA Regional with a collegiate-best 31:27 (10,000 meters), earning all-region honors... placed 17th at Big Ten Championships (25:52) and 19th at NCAA Pre-Nationals (24:15)... won Hawkeye Invite (18:21-6,000 meters) and Iowa State Intercollegiate (24:50)... placed second at Wisconsin Adidas Invite (23:55-8,000 meters)... the 6,000-meter time ranks second and the 8,000-meter time ranks seventh all-time at Iowa... Iowa's top finisher in five of six races... one of four Hawkeyes to compete in all six races... letterwinner.
