Matt Haddy

Matt Haddy is in his second season as the Director of Baseball Operations for the University of Iowa. He assists the coaching staff with the day-to-day operations and administrative areas of the program. Haddy also serves as the travel coordinator and director of Hawkeye Baseball Camps. Prior to coming to Iowa, Haddy spent one year as an assistant men's basketball coach at Cornell College in Mt. Vernon, IA. While there, he helped recruit largest class in school history with 16 commitments for the Rams. Prior to his time at Cornell, Haddy spent four years at Clear Creek Amana High School as head sophomore and assistant varsity coach, during that time he was on the staff of the 2000-2001 EIHC Conference Champions who finished the year with a 17-3 record in conference play. Haddy graduated from the University of Iowa in 2004 with a bachelor's degree in history and political science. |
