IOWA CITY, Iowa -- The University of Iowa baseball team closes out its fall ball season against Iowa Central Community College on Friday night at Duane Banks Field. First pitch is set for 6 p.m.

The Hawkeyes are coming off a weekend where they split a two-game series at Creighton on Oct. 6-7 in Omaha, Neb. The Bluejays won the opener, 9-2, before Iowa claimed the finale, 6-3.

Four UI pitchers limited Creighton to three hits in the victory, including a three-inning, seven strikeout performance by Andrew Hanse.
