IOWA CITY, Iowa -- The University of Iowa baseball team has announced its 2011 Parent/Son Fundamental Baseball Camp. The camp will run from 1-4 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 27 inside the indoor practice facility. Players will receive instruction from the University of Iowa coaching staff.

This camp is for ages 6-13 (no High School Athletes) and will teach proper baseball fundamentals in the areas of throwing mechanics, pitching, hitting, and defense. Parents will be taught easy and fun drills that they can continue with their sons to build their baseball skills.

The camp is limited to 50 parent/son combos. Campers will be split into groups with same aged campers. Those interested must register online at www.iowabaseballcamps.com.
