University of Iowa football players Shonn Greene and Amari Spievey will not be with the Hawkeye squad next fall. The announcement came today from Iowa Head Coach Kirk Ferentz.

Greene, a 5-11, 225-pound junior running back from Sicklerville, NJ, saw action in 10 games last year and had 205 rushing yards and one touchdown. He has 378 career rushing yards and two touchdowns. He also has three career receptions for 23 yards.

Spievey, redshirted as a true freshman defensive back last year. He is a 6-0, 175-pounder from Middletown, CT.
