Thursday, Nov. 8

Iowa Wrestling - The Hawkeyes will stage their annual wrestle-off beginning Thursday night. The action will begin at 5 p.m. inside the Dan Gable Wrestling Complex. Admission is free and is open to the public. Fans should enter at the North Entrance (UI Athletics Ticket Office) of the Arena and proceed to Level 2 of the Howard Family Pavilion.

Iowa Volleyball - The Hawkeyes entertain nationally ranked Purdue at 7 p.m. on Mediacom Court inside Carver-Hawkeye Arena. Sharon Dingman's squad stunned the Boilermakers with a 3-0 sweep in a match played in Mackey Arena on the PU campus on Oct. 6. Purdue was ranked 12th nationally entering the match. Friday, Nov. 9

Iowa Wrestling - The Hawkeyes will stage Day 2 of their annual wrestle-off. The action will begin at 4:30 p.m. inside the Dan Gable Wrestling Complex. Admission is free and is open to the public. Fans should enter at the North Entrance (UI Athletics Ticket Office) of the Arena and proceed to Level 2 of the Howard Family Pavilion.

Please note: UI parking lots surrounding Carver-Hawkeye Arena are reserved on Friday for fans attending the games of the 2012-13 UI women's and men's basketball teams. Fans attending the wrestle-offs are encouraged to park in Lot 43 located immediately west of the UI Rec Building and Kinnick Stadium.

Iowa Women's Basketball - Lisa Bluder's Hawkeyes will entertain Northern Illinois in their season opener. Tipoff is set for shortly after 5:30 p.m. Tickets cost just $10 for adults; boys and girls high school aged and younger will be admitted for free. Fans can purchase their tickets online by clicking HERE or by calling 1-800 IA-HAWKS. Fans who attend the women's game are invited to remain in the Arena for the UI men's basketball team's game against Texas-Pan America that will begin shortly after 8 p.m. or 30 minutes after the conclusion of the women's game.

Iowa Men's Basketball - Fran McCaffery's Hawkeyes will open their 2012-13 campaign against Texas-Pan American in the nightcap of the women's/men's basketball doubleheader. Tipoff is set for shortly after 8 p.m. or 30 minutes after the conclusion of the women's game. Tickets cost $14 for adults and $5 for boys and girls high school age and younger, and UI students. Fans can purchase their tickets online by clicking HERE or by calling 1-800 IA-HAWKS.

The Hawkeyes entertain Purdue in the UI Athletics Department's annual "Blackout Saturday" game. Fans of the Hawkeyes are encouraged to show their support of the Kirk Ferentz's squad by wearing black to the game. Fans can purchase their official "Blackout" shirts HERE and HERE.


Please note: UI parking lots will begin charging for parking at 6:30 p.m. for fans attending the women's and men's basketball games. The UI will begin allowing fans of the Iowa football team into UI parking lots at 7:30 p.m. You can read the details about the parking plan by clicking HERE.

Fans should enter at the North Entrance (UI Athletics Ticket Office) of the Arena and proceed to Level 2 of the Howard Family Pavilion.

Parking in University parking lots on Saturday is reserved for fans attending the Iowa football team's annual Blackout Saturday event against Purdue. Fans attending the wrestle-offs on Saturday can find public parking in surrounding private lots or on the west and east edges of the University of Iowa campus. Iowa Football - The Hawkeyes entertain Purdue in the UI Athletics Department's annual "Blackout Saturday" game. Fans of the Hawkeyes are encouraged to show their support of the Kirk Ferentz's squad by wearing black to the game. Fans can purchase their official "Blackout" shirts HERE and HERE.

The UI Athletics Department will also stage their annual salute to America's veterans Saturday with a special presentation of the American flag, a video salute to our veterans, and a flyover. The Hawkeyes will also wear a special game uniform in celebration of the day.

A very limited number of game tickets are available for Blackout Saturday at Kinnick and can be purchased online HERE or by calling 1-800 IA-HAWKS.

Iowa Volleyball - Sharon Dingman's squad returns to Mediacom Court inside Carver-Hawkeye Arena for a 7 7 p.m. date with the Indiana Hoosiers. The Hawkeyes defeated IU 3-1 on Oct. 5. The win was Iowa's first Big Ten Conference victory of the 2012 league season. You can read about it by clicking HERE.
