2008-09 University of Iowa Bowl Game Ticket Application (v3) IOWA CITY, Iowa -- They're back. Two days still remain before a bowl and an opponent will be officially released, but the University of Iowa football team resumed practice this afternoon inside The Bubble.
It appeared to be a refreshed and re-energized group of Hawkeyes, which might mean bad news for their potential foe. Iowa won its final three games of the regular season and five of its last six to finish 8-4 overall, 5-3 in the Big Ten Conference.
