So, you couldn't make it to the 2005 Capital One Bowl for the New Year's Day tussle between the Big Ten champion Iowa Hawkeyes and the LSU Tigers?

That's OK. You can still get the final word on the Hawkeyes' third straight Jan. 1 bowl game appearance beginning at 10:30 a.m. (Iowa time) when Mediacom presents the Official University of Iowa 2005 Capital One Bowl Pre-Game Show live from just outside the Citrus Bowl Stadium in Orlando.

The pre-game show will be broadcast live across the state of Iowa by Mediacom on its Connections channel. The show will also be available live via the world wide web at hawkeyesports.com.

The 90-minute special will include a look back at the Hawkeyes' remarkable 2004 regular season and a look at the 2005 Capital One Bowl. Special guests will also make personal appearances.
