2016 IOWA FOOTBALL SPRING CAMPS AND CLINICS


The University of Iowa football program will stage the following instructional camps and clinics on the UI campus in Iowa City or at the location noted during the spring of 2016. For information call (319) 335-8943. To register or for additional information, visit www.hawkeyefbcamp.com.

All Sports Speed and Strength Camp (April 30)
For boys and girls currently in grades 6th-12th. This camp is for both genders of all sports and will be taught by UI strength coaches who will teach techniques in speed, strength, and conditioning.

Iowa Specialists Camp (June 3)
Work with current and former Hawkeye Specialists and coaches to improve on your Kicking, Punting and Snapping abilities. This camp will focus on the physical and mental tools required to prepare and perform on the football field.

Iowa Elite 1 & 2 / Offensive & Defensive Skill (June 5 & 12)
The focus for this camp is to improve the physical and mental tools for Quarterbacks, Running Backs, Tight Ends, Wide Receivers, Linebackers and Defensive Backs to prepare and perform on the football field. The camp will be taught by the Iowa Football Coaching Staff and current Iowa Football Student-Athletes.

Iowa Elite 3 & 4 / Offensive & Defensive Skill (June 18 & 26)
The focus for this camp is to improve the physical and mental tools for Quarterbacks, Running Backs, Tight Ends, Wide Receivers, Linebackers and Defensive Backs to prepare and perform on the football field. The camp will be taught by the Iowa Football Coaching Staff and current Iowa Football Student-Athletes.

Iowa Elite 3 & 4 / Lineman University (June 18 & 26)
The focus for this camp is to improve the physical and mental tools for Offensive and Defensive Linemen to prepare and perform on the football field. The camp will be taught by the Iowa Football Coaching Staff and current Iowa Football Student-Athletes.

Iowa Elite 1 & 2 / Lineman University (June 5 & 12)
The focus for this camp is to improve the physical and mental tools for Offensive and Defensive Linemen to prepare and perform on the football field. The camp will be taught by the Iowa Football Coaching Staff and current Iowa Football Student-Athletes.

Iowa Youth Clinic: June 16, 2016 - For all youth entering 1st - 8th grade fall of 2016 - 4:00-8:00pm
Check-In: 4:00 - 5:00 pm Football Indoor Practice Facility (Must register online, no walk-ups.)
Tour: 5:00 pm Hansen Football Performance Center (campers only)
Camp: 6:00 - 8:00 pm in Kinnick Stadium, includes autograph session
Cost: $25
Camp Description: The focus of this camp is to instruct 1st-8th graders in the fundamentals of what it takes to be a successful collegiate football player. The camp will be taught by the Iowa Football Coaching Staff and current Iowa Football Student-Athletes and there will be an autograph session.
Equipment: Tennis Shoes w/ socks, Gym Shorts and Shirt.

Iowa Future Hawkeye (June 20)
The focus for this camp is to improve the physical and mental tools for young Quarterbacks, Running Backs, Tight Ends, Wide Receivers, Offensive Line, Defensive Line, Linebackers and Defensive Backs to prepare and perform on the football field. The camp will be taught by the Iowa Football Coaching Staff and current Iowa Football Student-Athletes.

Iowa "FNL" Friday Night Lights / Offensive & Defensive Skill (June 17)
Camp under the lights at historic Kinnick Stadium. The focus for this camp is to improve the physical and mental tools for Quarterbacks, Running Backs, Tight Ends, Wide Receivers, Linebackers and Defensive Backs to prepare and perform on the football field. The camp will be taught by the Iowa Football Coaching Staff and current Iowa Football Student-Athletes.
