Competed all-around 11 times, breaking his previous all-around record with an 87.600 in a Senior Night victory over Minnesota on March 12... competed in day two of the NCAA Championships in all-around, placing 14th overall with a score of 83.600...competed all-around at the Big Ten Championships, tying for eighth with a score of 84.050... won three event titles against Illinois on Jan. 23, placing first on rings with a score of 15.250, first on high bar (15.300), and first in all-around (85.950)... claimed the high bar title the following day at UIC, posting a season high score of 15.300... competed all-around for the Hawkeyes against Oklahoma and Cal on Jan. 30... tied for sixth on floor (14.750), placed 15th on pommel horse (13.100), fifth on rings (14.900), tied for 12th on vault (14.350), tied for 10th on parallel bars (14.000), finished runner-up on high bar (15.100), and third in all-around (86.200)...competed in session I of the Winter Cup, placing fourth in the all-around (82.250), fourth on high bar (13.900), tied for fourth on parallel bars (14.200), and fifth on rings (13.850)... won an event title in a victory over Penn State and Nebraska on Feb. 27, tying for first on rings with a 15.150 effort, placed second overall in all-around with a score of 84.850... tied for fifth on rings with a 14.850, placed fourth on parallel bars with a 15.000 effort, and placed third on high bar, posting a 14.900... finished in the top three on events during the Hawkeye's season finale at Nebraska, tying for third on rings with a 14.850 effort, won the high bar title with a score of 14.900, and placed third overall in the all-around with an 85.700.

High School -- Finished in second place as an individual at state meet in 2012... named All-America on parallel bars during senior year... earned All-American honors on pommel horse during sophomore year... trained at Premier Gymnastics Academy West under Paul Evatt, Spencer Slaton, and Dave Masciola.
