The University of Iowa men's gymnastics team had two athletes named to the All-America Scholar Athletes team Thursday. Graduated seniors Tom Buese and Jacob Becker were named to the first team, along with 71 other individual gymnasts. Buese managed to maintain a 3.680 grade point during his senior season, while teammate Becker attained a 3.630. The honor was given by the College Gymnastics Association for attaining at least a 3.5 grade point average. Fifty-four gymnasts were also named to the second team for attaining a grade point average between 3.2 and 3.499.
