2004 Spring -- Named Big Ten Player of the Week February 23 after going undefeated in No. 2 singles and No. 1 doubles in Iowa's wins over Marquette and Indiana State... competed as Iowa's top doubles player during the entire dual season... spilt singles time between the No. 1 and No. 2 positions... led Iowa with five doubles wins... tied for the most singles victories with five... posted a singles record of 5-11 (1-5 at No. 1, 4-6 at No. 2)... in only his third match at No. 1 singles, defeated Northwestern's Tommy Hanus in straight sets... recorded Iowa's only point against Purdue after rallying from a first-set loss to defeat Troy Havens at No. 2 singles... defeated Marquette's Eigis Vedrickas without losing a game in the 6-0, 6-0 victory... recorded a 5-12 doubles record... went 3-1 teamed with Parker Ross at the No. 1 position. 2003 Fall -- Missed the Midwest regionals and the Big Ten singles tournament, recovering from an appendectomy... posted a 1-4 singles record... went 1-2 in doubles competition teamed with Chaitu Malempati.
