Men's tennis wraps up its spring season this weekend

Spring 2013-- Posted a 7-17 record in singles action... recorded an 11-9 record in doubles play... began the season 6-1 in singles, winning all six matches in straight sets... started the season 5-0 in doubles, winning all five matches paired with Michael Swank... defeated No. 51 Anis Ghorbel and James McKie of Drake in doubles, 8-6, paired with Michael Swank... defeated No. 37 Evan King and Alex Buzzi of Michigan in doubles, 8-4, paired with Matt Hagan... won four-straight doubles matches to close out the season paired with Matt Hagan... named to the 2013 Capital One Academic All-America third team and All-District team... academic All-Big Ten honoree... letterwinner.

Fall 2012-- Posted a 2-6 record in singles action... registered a 1-3 record in doubles play... defeated Arthur Dobradin of Purdue 6-3, 6-1, to pick up first singles victory of the season... defeated Young and Chen of Penn State in doubles, 8-6, paired with Michael Swank.

2012 Spring - Named team's Tyler Cleveland Most Valuable Player... finished with team-high 10 singles wins... went 10-11 in singles play, competing between the No. 2 and No. 6 singles positions... went 7-3 at No. 4 singles... finished with team high-five Big Ten singles wins... had four-match singles win streak in Big Ten play... played No. 1 doubles in every match, playing with Michael Swank... had team-high eight doubles wins... had three Big Ten No. 1 doubles victories... defeated No. 13 doubles team in nation against Michigan... defeated No. 33 doubles team in nation against Minnesota... letterwinner.
