    IOWA CITY - The Iowa men's tennis team has been selected once again as an ITA Academic all-American team. To qualify, teams must achieve a cumulative team grade-point average of 3.2 or higher.

    In addition, three Hawkeyes were named ITA Scholar Athletes as they met the criteria of a 3.5 grade-point average or higher. They are Reinoud Haal, Mat Sawin and Bart van Monsjou.

    "This continues a great academic tradition for us," said Iowa Head Coach Steve Houghton. "I'm very proud of our guys."
