2005 -- Indoor - ran season-best mile (4:12.55) at Iowa State Classic... placed fourth in 800 meters (1:56.49) at Hawkeye Open... Outdoor - redshirted... letterwinner... Cross Country - did not compete.

2004 -- Cross Country - redshirted.

High School -- won state titles in 800, 1,600 and 3,200 meters senior year, becoming the first Class 2A Iowa high school male athlete to accomplish such a feat... also won state cross country title as a senior with a personal best 16:15... five-time track conference champion, winning conference cross country title as a senior... runner-up in 1,600 (4:17.27) and placed fourth in 3,200 meters (9:27.80) with personal-best times at Drake Relays senior year... coaches were Steve Becker and John Kohlstedt.
