Outdoor - placed seventh in hammer throw (196-7) at NCAA Midwest Regional, earning all-region honors... placed second in hammer at UNI, third at Sea Ray Relays (195-8), fifth at Missouri Relays (181-10) and ninth at Big Ten Championships (189-0)... letterwinner.

2003 -- Indoor - placed 15th in weight throw (56-9 1/4) at Big Ten Championships and third at Iowa Open (56-0 1/2)... Outdoor - placed eighth in hammer (194-5) at Big Ten Championships... won hammer (190-11) at UNI Twilight, Western Michigan Invite (186-5) and KT Woodman Classic (185-4)... placed third in hammer at Iowa Musco Twilight V (187-5), eighth (192-2) at NCAA Midwest Regional, ninth at Drake Relays (187-2) and 11th at Texas Relays (183-10)... all-region selection in hammer... letterwinner.

2002 -- Indoor - threw season-best 55-3 for eighth place in weight throw at Gold Country Classic, which ranks seventh in school history... placed third in weight throw at Iowa Open (53-5 3/4) and ninth at Hawkeye Invite (54-6 1/2)... Outdoor - placed seventh (186-1) in hammer throw at Big Ten meet, eighth at Iowa Musco Twilight IV (184-4) and fourth at UNI Open (179-1)... letterwinner. 2001 -- redshirted.

High School -- all-conference and all-state senior year... discus conference champion, placing ninth at state meet... best throws were 169-9 in discus and 54-4 in shot put... team captain as a senior... honored for scoring most team points senior year... two-time track letterwinner... coach was Jim Moody.
