2008-09 -- went 6-2 in collegiate competition at 165 and 174 pounds, and 9-2 overall... posted a 1-2 dual record and 1-1 Big Ten dual mark at 174 while wrestling for injured starter Jay Borschel... won 165-pound titles at Flash Flanagan and Grand View Opens... five of his wins were by pin, technical fall or major decision.

2007-08 -- redshirted at Iowa Central Community College.

2006-07 -- NJCAA national champion at 165 for Iowa Central... went 34-0 on season, winning Midwest Conference title... placed third at 2006 Midlands Championships.

High School -- prep career record was 118-34 with 58 pins... won state 171-pound title senior year... two-time conference champion and team won two conference titles... set school record for most takedowns in a season (228)... placed fifth at 2005 Greco-Roman Junior Nationals, third at 2006 NHSCA Senior Nationals and fourth at 2006 Freestyle Junior Nationals... three-year letterwinner in lacrosse... also played football... coached by Mike Simmons, Dennis Harada and Brian Watson.
