High School -- prep career record was 160-21... won state title senior year, placing second as a junior... two-time regional champion... four-time all-district and all-conference, earning all-state honors twice... helped team to state title senior year... set school records for most pins in a season (32), most wins in a season (48)... ranked second in school history in most takedowns in a season (338)... also competed in football and track... earned academic award in athletic development, Spanish 1A and EMT/Search and Rescue... coached by Randy Keys. Personal -- born November 12, 1990... son of John Sheridan... his dad was a three-time wrestling all-American at Adams State College... his brother, Jacob, wrestled at Adams State College and Utah Valley University... health and sport studies major. |
