Tickets may be purchased by contacting the University of Iowa Athletic Ticket Office at 1-800-424-2957 or online at www.hawkeyesports.com. The University of Iowa Athletic Ticket Office is located in the northwest corner of Carver-Hawkeye Arena on the concourse level. Office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Everyone must have a ticket to enter the arena including infants-in-arms. Infants-in-arms tickets are $1.00 per session, and can be purchased at any ticket window on the day of the event.
Once the tournament starts, tickets can also be purchased at the North, South and West arena entrances. No complimentary tickets will be available for the tournament. All individuals must have a valid ticket or credential to enter the facility.
The wrestling pass gate will be located at the North entrance of the arena.

Programs/Brackets
Programs will be on sale for $2.00 to the general public inside Carver-Hawkeye Arena. Twenty-five complimentary programs will be provided to each team at registration. Updated brackets will be available for $1.00 at all sessions.
Parking
Public parking is available in the following lots at $5.00 per session: Lot 33, 40, 43, 65, and 75 throughout the entire Championships and will be monitored at each session.

From the north:
Exit Airport Road, turn right at stop sign and enter I-380 South. Follow I-380 to I-80 East. Take Exit 242, 1st Avenue, and turn right on 1st Avenue. Follow 1st Avenue to Hwy 6 intersection and turn left. Take the next right at Hawkins Drive. The entrance to the Arena parking lot will be at the top of the hill on your left. Continue to the end of the parking lot and enter the Arena through the North doors.
From the south:
Travel on Highway 218 to the Melrose Avenue Exit. Head east (right) onto Melrose and continue on until you reach Hawkins Drive, where you take a left. Continue on Hawkins Drive until you reach the Arena entrance on your right. Continue to the end of the parking lot and enter the Arena through the North doors.
From the west:
Take Interstate 80 east into Iowa City/Coralville. Turn off at exit 242 (1st Ave.) into Coralville. Turn right onto 1st Avenue, and continue going straight until the Highway 6 intersection. Take a left onto Highway 6, and be prepared to take a right turn onto Hawkins Drive, which is the first stoplight after you turn onto Highway 6. Continue on Hawkins Drive and the entrance to the Arena parking lot will be at the top of the hill on your left. Continue to the end of the parking lot and enter the Arena through the North doors.
From the east:
Take Interstate 80 west into Iowa City/Coralville. Turn off at exit 242 (1st Ave.) into Coralville. Turn left onto 1st Avenue, and continue going straight until the Highway 6 intersection. 1. A ticket or credential is required for admittance into Carver-Hawkeye Arena.
2. Smoking is prohibited inside Carver-Hawkeye Arena. Smoking is only allowed outside the outer set of entrance doors. Ticket stubs are required for readmission to the arena.
3. The following items are not allowed into Carver-Hawkeye Arena: bags of any size, alcoholic beverages, botas, all coolers, canned or bottled beverages, thermoses, backpacks, banners and signs, seat backs, strollers, horns, bugles or any other disruptive device. Admission will be denied to anyone carrying any such items.
4. Only small purses (8.5"x11"), fanny packs, binoculars and small cameras will be allowed into Carver-Hawkeye Arena. All items will be searched. Patrons are also subject to search and the University reserves the right to refuse entry. The University reserves the right to eject anyone not adhering to Arena policies.
Tournament Brackets
Tournament pre-seeds will be announced Monday, February 28. Following the seeding meeting on Friday, March 4, tournament brackets will be posted on www.hawkeyesports.com.
Brackets will be updated at the end of each session. They will be posted on www.hawkeyesports.com in .pdf format, made available to any credentialed member of the media in attendance and e-mailed to a distribution list. Please notify Traci Wagner (319/335-9424) if you wish to have your e-mail address added to the e-mail distribution list. Brackets will not be faxed.
Computers will be set up in the media workroom for credentials members of the media to view updated results during and after sessions. These computers are for bracket updates only and do not connect to outside lines.
Credentials
All media members interested in covering the 2005 Big Ten Wrestling Championships should submit credential requests to Traci Wagner in the University of Iowa Sports Information Office via fax (319/335-9417), e-mail (traci-wagner@hawkeyesports.com) or phone (319/335-9424). Please request the number of press, photo and parking passes you would like and provide a mailing address where we can send the credentials, media guidelines and any other pertinent information.
Once competition begins, media credentials will provide access to the Carver-Hawkeye Arena press row, the media work room, interview room and media hospitality room. Photo credentials will provide access to the designated photo areas on the Arena floor, the media work room, interview room and media hospitality room. Media parking will be located in the Arena Commuter lot, which is located across Hawkins Drive directly south of the arena.
Photographers
Only those with photo passes will be permitted to shoot from the designated areas on the arena floor. All photographers will be required to wear their credential while they are shooting. The Big Ten Conference prohibits the use of flash photography during this event.

Media credentials will be mailed up to one week prior to the championships. Any requests received after that date can be picked up at the following times and locations:

Phone and Ethernet Line Access
Four phone lines and six Ethernet lines will be available for complimentary use in the media work room. The phone lines will be accessible with either 800-number or credit card access.
Media members interested in having a phone or Ethernet line installed at their press row seat need to notify Wagner at least two weeks prior to the competition. Installation cost is $25 for a phone line and $25 for an Ethernet line.
