Outdoor - anchored team-leading distance medley relay (10:17.87) at Drake Relays... ran 1,500 meters at Tiger Classic (3:57.65) and Hawkeye Invite (4:05.63)... letterwinner...Cross Country - ran collegiate-best 6,000 meters (19:33) at Hawkeye Invite and 8,000 meters (24:29) at Auburn Invite... also competed at Iowa invite (20:24) and Roy Griak Invite (27:07)... academic all-Big Ten... letterwinner.

High School -- placed fourth at all-Ontario meet in 1,500 meters (3:57)... two-time all-Ontario winning team member in cross country... best 1,500-meter time was 3:52.14.

Personal -- born March 19, 1989... son of Ian and Paula Paul... brother, Jonathan, ran cross country and track at Harvard... brother, Blair, currently runs cross country and track for Coastal Carolina... pre-medicine major.
