A tradition of excellence. The University of Iowa field hockey program has one of the richest traditions in the nation.

Lisa Cellucci (UI's all-time saves leader) has served as the team's associate head coach for the last 14 seasons. She was promoted to head coach in August, 2014.

Cellucci has helped lead Iowa to three Big Ten Tournament Championships (2006, 2007, 2008), one regular season Big Ten title, six NCAA Tournament appearances and the 2008 NCAA Final Four. She has helped produce 20 All-America honors, 52 regional All-America accolades, 53 All-Big Ten selections, three Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year award winners and three Big Ten Freshman of the Year honorees.

Michael Boal is in his first year as a member of the Hawkeye staff, while Meghan Beamesderfer is in her third year as an assistant coach at Iowa. Beamesderfer has spent seven of the last eight seasons as a member of the Iowa program.
