The University of Iowa hosts the 2012 Big Ten Women's Swimming and Diving Championships on Feb. 15-18 at the Campus Recreation and Wellness Center Pool in Iowa City, Iowa.
The $69 million state-of-the-art Campus Recreation and Wellness Center opened in the summer of 2010. The facility has 20,000 feet of fitness space over three levels, a 52 1/2 foot climbing wall and a leisure pool among other amenities. UI student-athletes have a 50-meter competition pool and a separate diving well, and the facility houses the team locker rooms, while boasting a swimming and diving specific training room space.
Iowa previously hosted the 1985 Big Ten Women's Swimming and Diving Championships at the UI Field House.

Concessions and Championship merchandising will be available during competition times at the CRWC.
|
Parking |
Team Parking
Teams will be dropped off on the west side of the Campus Recreation and Wellness Center (CRWC). Following drop off, teams will turn right onto Burlington Street and continue through two stoplights. At the third stoplight, turn right onto Clinton Street and continue to the stop sign. Take a right at the stop sign onto Court Street. There will be parking meters hooded in the area to accommodate team bus parking. We ask that all buses pull up as far as possible to make parking easier for teams arriving after them.

Fan Parking
During the Thursday and Friday swimming preliminaries and diving competition, parking is available in the parking ramps in downtown Iowa City. Click HERE to find locations and pricing for each ramp.
During certain times, Lot 11 will be available for fan parking. Fans will pay a $5 fee (per vehicle, per session) as they enter the lot instead of paying based on actual hours parked as they exit. This lot is available for fan parking during the following times:
Wednesday - After 5:00 pm
Thursday - After 5:00 pm
Friday Finals - After 5:00 pm
Saturday - All Day
Sunday - All Day
