    IOWA CITY, Iowa -- The University of Iowa women's tennis team had both its top singles and top doubles team climb in the ITA Rankings released on April 23.

    Junior Ruth Seaborne will enter the Big Ten Tournament ranked No. 89. Seaborne has started every match at the top of Iowa's line up, and has tallied a 12-8 record in the regular season.

    In doubles action, Seaborne has teamed with sophomore Morven McCulloch to post a 17-5 record at Iowa's No. 1 position. The duo is ranked No. 43 in the ITA doubles poll.

    Seaborne, McCulloch, and the Hawkeyes are set to take on Ohio State on Thursday in the first-round of the 2013 Big Ten Tournament. The match is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. (CT) at the Varsity Tennis Courts on the campus of Indiana University.
