2004-Indoor--did not compete...Outdoor--qualified for regional meet in javelin with a winning 149-4 at Texas Southern Relays...led team in that event.

2003-Indoor--led team in shot put, throwing a collegiate-best 38-3 ¼ at Panther Classic...placed seventh in shot (37-3 ¼) at Gold Country Classic and eighth (36-0 ¼) at Hawkeye Invite...Outdoor--qualified for NCAA regional in javelin with winning, personal-best and school-record setting throw on 191-5 at Iowa Musco Twilight V...that mark also set meet and Canadian National records...named Big Ten Female Track and Field Athlete of the Week for her Twilight meet performance...placed third in javelin (159-8) at NCAA Midwest Regional to automatically qualify for NCAA Championships...won javelin at Drake Relays (157-9) and Texas Southern Relays (148-8), runner-up at Big Ten Championships (166-1) and placed third at Arlington Invite (148-5)...Iowa's first Drake Relays javelin champion...placed 17th in javelin at NCAA Championships (150-1)...led team in that event...academic all-Big Ten...letterwinner.

2002-Indoor--plaed 11th in shot put (37-2 ½) at Meyo Invite...Outdoor-placed 18th in javelin (148-6) at NCAA Championships...led team in javelin...set then-school record in javelin with a winning toss of 163-9 at Iowa Musco Twilight IV...also won javelin at UMKC Quad (149-11) and Kansas Relays (163-8)...placed second in javelin (153-11) at FSU Relays, third at Sea Ray Relays (152-6), fifth at Drake Relays (151-9) and eighth at Big Ten Championships (148-11)...letterwinner.

High School--two-time British Columbia provincial javelin champion...won javelin title at 2000 Juvenile Nationals...placed third in javelin at 2001 Canadian Junior Nationals...set school record in javelin (157-10) and volleyball team five in academics in her class.
