2005 -- Indoor - ran season-best mile (5:18.89) at Gold Country Classic... Outdoor - ran season-best 800 meters (2:26.16) at Musco Twilight VII... academic all-Big Ten... Cross Country - placed 74th at Big Ten Championships with a collegiate-best 24:21... placed 124th (24:44) at NCAA regional, 24th (11:20) at Hawkeye Invite and 84th (19:07) at Willamette Invite... academic all-Big Ten... letterwinner.

2003-04 -- redshirted cross country and track.
