Iowa's Big Ten Sportsmanship Award winner... Outdoor - qualified for NCAA regional and set school record in hammer throw (181-11) at Musco Twilight VII... won hammer at Jim Duncan Invite (163-1), placed ninth at Big Ten Championships (176-7), 12th at Drake Relays (170-11) and 18th at NCAA regional (167-5)... letterwinner.

2004 -- Indoor - runner-up in triple jump (34-3) and placed sixth in weight throw (41-7 1/4) at Iowa Open... best triple jump ranks sixth in school history... Outdoor - led team in hammer (137-5)... recorded collegiate-best 36-10 1/2 triple jump at Musco Twilight meet, which ranks eighth in school history.
