2007 -- Indoor - did not compete... Outdoor - redshirted... Cross Country - placed 26th (26:08-6,000 meters) at Early Bird Invite and 50th (16:44-4,000 meters) at Hawkeye Invite.

2006 -- Indoor - redshirted... Outdoor - ran collegiate-best 1,500 meters (5:16.70) at Musco Twilight VIII... Cross Country - did not compete.

2005 -- Cross Country - placed 48th (11:55) at Hawkeye Invite... team earned USTFCCCA all-academic honors.

High School -- cross country team captain senior year... placed seventh in conference indoor 3,200 meters as a junior and seventh in conference outdoor 3,200 meters as a senior... lettered three years in track and two in cross country... best times were 2:35 in 800 meters, 5:40 in 1,600 meters, 12:01 in 3,200 meters and 19:13 in cross country three miles... also competed in volleyball... earned academic all-conference and IHSA scholastic achievement awards in cross country and track... four-year honor roll student... coach was Rob Harvey.
