2008 -- Indoor - ran mile at Hawkeye (5:33.93) and Iowa Invites (5:34.70), and ISU Classic (5:28.00)... Outdoor - ran 1,500 meters at Iowa Invite (5:06.42), Lee Calhoun Memorial (5:11.29) and Musco Twilight X (5:12.14)... Cross Country - ran collegiate-best 3,000 meters (11:40) at Hawkeye Invite.

2007 -- Cross Country - placed 17th (25:02-6,000 meters) at Early Bird Invite and 44th (15:51-4,000 meters) at Hawkeye Invite... team earned USTFCCCA all-academic honors.

High School -- cross country team captain senior year... placed 15th at state meet (11:05) and third at conference meet (11:19) in 3,000 meters as a senior... best times were 5:14 in 1,500 meters, 11:05 in 3,000 meters and 15:50 in 2.4 miles... coaches were Dawn Stallman, Darin Dowling and Megan Dabroski... also played basketball and softball... graduated in top 15 percent of high school class.
