2004 -- Indoor - placed 18th in pentathlon (1,762 points) at Big Ten Championships... recorded collegiate bests in 60-meter hurdles (9.60) and high jump (5-0 1/4) at Iowa Open... Outdoor - placed 15th in heptathlon at Drake Relays, scoring a collegiate-best 4,073 points... that total ranks seventh on Iowa's all-time bests list... placed 10th in heptathlon (4,069 points) at Big Ten Championships, recording collegiate bests in 800 meters (2:33.34), shot put (32-1) and javelin (92-4)... letterwinner.

High School -- won long jump (18-10 1/2) and pentathlon, and placed fourth as part of shuttle hurdle (1:04.22) and 800-meter relay (1:48.08) at state meet junior year... runner-up in pentathlon at state meet senior year, placing third in long jump (17-0) sophomore year and eighth in high jump (5-3) as a freshman... two-time Drake Relays long jump champion, setting a school and meet record of 18-11 1/2 as a junior... five-time conference champion in long jump and four-time conference runner-up in high jump...also school record in triple jump (36-5)... other best marks were 5-5 in high jump, 15.7 in 100-meter hurdles, 12.7 in 100 meters and 26.9 in 200 meters... named most versatile competitor senior year... also lettered in volleyball, setting a school record for right-side hitter... National Honor Society member... four-year member of 3.0 club... track coach was June Wilden.
