Outdoor - won 100-meter hurdles (13.22) at NCAA regional, automatically qualifying for NCAA Championships... 2006 -- Indoor - set school records in 60-meter hurdles (8.33) and triple jump (40-10 1/4)... anchored school-record setting 1,600-meter relay (3:40.52) at Iowa State Classic... provisionally qualified for NCAA Championships in 60-meter hurdles and as part of 1,600-meter relay... placed fourth in triple jump (40-10 1/4) and fifth in 60-meter hurdles (8.43) at Big Ten Championships... ran lead leg on 1,600-meter relay that placed second (3:43.64) at Big Ten meet, earned second team all-Big Ten honors... won 60-meter hurdles at Jack Johnson Classic (8.46) and Panther Invite (8.57)... Outdoor - led team in triple jump (40-9 1/2) and 100-meter hurdles (13.57)... placed second in 100-meter hurdles (13.88) at Big Ten Championships, running a season-best 13.57 in the prelims... ran on team-leading 400-meter relay that placed eighth at Drake Relays (45.30)... that relay qualified for NCAA regional and ranks seventh in school history... placed sixth in 100-meter hurdles (13.88) at Drake Relays and sixth in triple jump (39-8 1/2) at Big Ten Championships... won 100-meter hurdles (13.64) and triple jump (39-7 3/4) at Messersmith Invite... won 100-meter hurdles at Musco Twilight VII (13.71) and placed 14th at NCAA regional (13.95)... academic all-Big Ten... letterwinner.

High School -- triple jump state champion as a freshman, placing third senior year... all-state and all-conference selection... best marks were 39-1 in triple jump and 14.1 in 100-meter hurdles.
