High School -- 400-meter state champion senior year with a personal-best 55.40... qualified for state meet in 12 events during career, medaling six times... three-time all-state, all-area and team captain... 2003 Quad City Dispatch Girls Track Performer of the Year... unbeaten in 100 and 200 meters during regular season and 400 meters entire senior year... won six conference and seven sectional titles, helping team to two conference and three sectional wins... set school records in 200 (25.02) and 400 meters (55.40) and as part of sprint medley relay... set meet and stadium records in 100, 200 and 400 meters and as part of 800-meter and sprint medley relays at seven meets senior year... set conference records in 400 meters (55.84) and as part of sprint medley relay... other bests were 7.11 in 55 meters, 12.04 in 100 meters and 16-6 in long jump... also played basketball, tennis, golf and ASA softball... coach was Crick Sant Amour.
