IOWA CITY - The University of Iowa volleyball team will host the 2008 Coaches Clinic Saturday, Aug. 16 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Carver-Hawkeye Arena. The clinic will feature Head Coach Sharon Dingman, Assistant Coaches Chris Gaskill and Jason Allen along with other guest coaches.

Registration will be from 8:30-9 a.m., followed by an on-court session from 9 p.m.-noon. Lunch will be served from noon-1 p.m. and another on-court session will take place from 1-4 p.m. Topics will include individual position training, team offense and defense, ball handling, 6v6 drills and strength and conditioning. The clinic costs $75 and $50 for each additional coach.
